Pam is our Vinyasa Flow Yoga instructor and she brings more than 3 years experience in yoga sculpt and VINYASA flow to the classroom. Her calm and gentle demeanor will guide you through carefully thought-out sequences that are meant to anchor your breath to movement as you flow from one pose to the next. end your day with a class that stretches and elongates your body as you wind down after a hard day's work.

Bailey a.k.a "BRONCo"

Bailey has always loved sports and grew up playing basketball, volleyball, softball and throwing heavy and/or sharp things in track & field, but it wasn’t until moving overseas to South Korea in 2013 that she found a tiny, underground (basement of a basement) boxing gym that she realized that hitting stuff was a lot of fun (and a great workout). After joining Titan Gym in early 2016, she found that Krav Maga, while adding kicking (and knees and elbows and head butts) was a lot of fun too. The community aspect of Titan gives a safe, fun place to learn self-defense as well as grow in mental and physical toughness. Bailey’s philosophy and journey value hard work, mutual respect, and workouts that focus on fitness as well as have real-world applications.

Daniel has been practicing yoga for Seven years in the styles of Bikram yoga as well as the traditional vinyasa style of yoga, and incorporating that philosophy into his life and practice. His kind and gentle manner is well suited to leading students of all levels. Daniel believes that the mind, body, and soul connection is of utmost importance and it is one that deserves to be nurtured. Students can expect to explore their strengths and find balance on and off the mat.

Adam is our "Drill sargeant" whose vast knowledge of weapons defenses makes him the perfect instructor for our level 2 krav maga classes. He is ranked in a variety of martial arts techniques, including krav maga, kali, jeet kune do, judo, and jiu jitsu. Don't be fooled by adam's soft side - he may be a teddy bear off the mats, but in class, his expertise is his greatest asset.  His uncanny ability to customize drills makes his classes one of a kind.

IVO  a.k.a. "Head Honcho"

Founder/ Owner/ Head Instructor

Ivo's extensive martial arts background spans three decades and starts in Bulgaria. He started training in Sambo and Kyokushin Karate in 1985, at the age of 4, and hasn't stopped adding to his martial arts knowledge since. Moving to the United States in 1993 has opened the door to many more opportunities for expanding on his skillset. He's earned black belts in Sambo, Karate, Judo, Savate, Taekwondo (3rd degree) and Bando. Presently Ivo is training in Jiu-Jitsu, Inosanto Kali, Jeet Kune Do, and Silat.
He's a red tassle in Muay Thai and has recently earned his 2nd Degree Black Belt in Krav Maga under John Whitman. 
Ivo has been in the ring more than a few times with competitions in Judo (4-0), MMA (14-0), Muay Thai (11-0), Kickboxing (3-1), Taekwondo (85-8). He is also a National Champion in Savate Boxe Francaise. 
Krav Maga, according to Ivo, is like a gateway to all martial arts. Once you grasp its potential it's like a lightbulb goes on: everything else becomes so much easier to retain. Krav Maga is accessible to everyone regardless of shape, gender, or size - it is unlike anything else. Titan Gym is unique in that it is a community of individuals that work together to constantly better themselves and support each other.

EVERY BUSINESS NEEDS A PUPPETEER - A MAN OR, IN OUR CASE, WOMAN WHO CAN HANDLE THE DAILY OPERATIONS FROM BEHIND THE SCENES AND MAKE IT ALL RUN WITHOUT A HITCH. DANIELA IS OUR "STRING PULLER," THE GIRL THAT MAKES IT ALL HAPPEN. WITH DEGREES IN BUSINESS AND PSYCHOLOGY, SHE IS A FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH; HER GOAL IS TO OFFER EACH MEMBER A UNIQUE, CUSTOMIZED FITNESS EXPERIENCE. Daniela is also tiTAN GYM's FIGHT2FITNESS instructor. it's safe to say that her classes will be the hardest you've ever taken - the results, however, will be well worth the effort.

Ana is our go-to girl when it comes to training for the Kids and Teens Program. She is a certified youth trainer and an expert in physical conditioning and fitness. She brings years of experience to the table, combined with charisma, willingness to listen, and the enthusiasm needed to work successfully with both kids and teens. Her main priority is to meet the needs of her students and their parents in a manner congruent with individual needs and fitness goals. Ana looks forward to inspiring youth to fitness through noncompetitive group classes led with a fun and energetic attitude.

Jamie is a Chicago native who, through his life experience, realized that stress and struggle can be tools that have the potential to either destroy or become fuel for growth. His method of teaching stems from almost two decades of teaching experience and a lifetime of learning martial arts. He uses respect and sincerity as a compass in his practice. Jamie feels that the principles of Krav Maga and the culture at Titan Gym provide the optimal setting and opportunity for growth. If the goal is to empower ourselves, to build skills, confidence, strength and self-awareness then taking a class with Jamie is the way to do it. Kids will become stronger and develop healthy self-esteem, while adults will be able to explore the range of their potential in a safe and controlled environment that provides the full challenges of the outside world.

Hasani's love for fitness is something that's been acquired throughout the years. It started with Boxing when he was 13 and developed into a passion for hard work and perseverance. He further expanded his knowledge adding Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Capoiera, and Krav Maga to his skill set. Hasani has had his own personal struggles in overcoming a congenital condition in his ankles. He chose not to let it stop him and instead used it as fuel for training harder. In his classes, HAsani uses complex combinations alongside body weight training to help students improve technique, speed, and accuracy in their workout. His classes are always creative, enthusiastic and passionate, just as he is. Prepare to sweat and get in shape!

corinne began practicing yoga in 2010 and completed her intensive yoga teacher training course in orlaNdo, florida in 2015. in her practice, she Enjoys inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long-term health and fitness goals. Corinne Provides guided meditation at the beginning and end of each class to help students center themselves and get the most out of each session. she Works with students of all body types and fitness levels to develop positional adjustments that increase skill, fitness, and wellbeing.

CHASE is a certified youth training and adult Krav Maga Instructor who has more than five years training experience in Greco-Roman, Wrestling, Boxing, and Judo. He believes in the principles of self-defense and is proud to teach them to others. Transferring knowledge, to him, is an opportunity to empower and build confidence in those who need it most. Kids will build confidence and have fun.

Daniel's fitness and boxing knowledge is a wonderful addition to the Titan Team. His approach to instruction involves a balance between results and technique, with a focus on breaking down combatives for even the newest of practitioners. His passion for Krav Maga stems from its real-world applicability and, as such, he helps students not only react, but adapt and respond confidently and effectively. Daniel works with students in refining their skills by breaking comfort zones and pushing past limits, in an environment characterized by camaraderie, teamwork, and fun.

Ashleyann has always been a firm believer of the notion that anything is possible with the proper motivation, support and training. Though she grew up playing various sports, her passion for physical fitness catapulted while on the Women’s Lacrosse team in college. This was where she truly learned About team commitment, how to break down barriers and push Oneself further than previously taught possible. She was first introduced to Krav Maga at Titan Gym in August of 2015 and has never looked back. Her continued passion for Krav Maga comes from the relatability of the various techniques to the body’s natural responses to danger. Adding technique, intensity, and explosiveness to Krav Maga maKes it an outlet for becoming a more empowered self and stronger human being.

As an avid fitness enthusiast, Lejla was drawn to Krav Maga because of its real-life application potential. With previous experience in kickboxing, Lejla's approach to teaching entails intense training that continuously improves her students' survival skills all the while burning calories and having fun. Her dedication to teaching Krav Maga originates from recognizing its effectiveness, simplicity, and practicality, as well as associating a strong fighter mentality with successful implementation of self-defense techniques. Lejla is looking forward to passing on her passion for this combat system to her students while ensuring that each person walking through our doors leaves with more self-confidence than before.

Jay-R is our boxing and fitness coach who brings more than 3 years experience to the table. He is also a certified personal trainer eager to bring his skills to the mats. His speed in footwork and agility when striking will become a great addition to your workout routine. His classes will focus on the fundamentals of boxing, attack, defense, counters, and footwork. Jay-R will deliver a fast paced boxing class with elements of high intensity interval training for increased overall conditioning and toning.

John is our adult program instructor and has recently joined the titan team. With experience in both boxing and krav maga, john's approach to teaching includes focus on technique as well as survival - practical and effective self-defense. having experienced first-hand the physical benefits of krav maga, he is an excellent instructor to represent the potential for weight loss and toning that is at the heart of our programs. john truly believes in the principles taught in krav maga and is proud to share them with others. to john, krav maga is not a final destination, but rather a journey of continuing improvement.
